Our policy lasts 10 days in most cases. If 10 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer MUST pay for shipping the item back.

A lot of items have different return policies and some items are not avaliable for returns, so order at your own risk or reach out info@excelcarbon.com to ask about the return policy on a certain item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it in. It should also be in the original packaging that you had received it in.  

Also to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt from us.
